Here at S.O.S. functional fitness is our main objective. We achieve this through a series of challenging exercises that achieve rapid fat loss, unbeatable endurance, explosive strength, power, flexibility and quickness. We use the Westside barbell conjugate system and our program elements are diverse ranging from Kettlebell training, suspension training, Olympic lifts, speed-strength training, functional training, and other unpredictable combination of exercises that separate us from the rest.
